Evian

I am drinking a short glass bottle of evian water. It is something new for me and quite refreshing after a day of drinking coffee. This was a very cold day with snow and ice and I thought the coffee would help me through it since I had to go out in the cold and work. I'm not sure if I just used that as an excuse to drink as much coffee as I wanted. Looking back I did drink a lot; so much I give myself a D rating in the healthly eating scale.

I did drink my gallon of water though.
