Practice Practice Practice
by Jerry Harris

I have stepped up my practice to incorporate more time to my practice. I like to start my day with a morning sitting. These morning sittings are occuring often and I see my practice as something I do throughout the day. I used to feel difficultly because I could not allow myself the occasionaly lapse without feeling guilty. The guilty aspect would then foster more guilt and procrastination to the point my mind is out of control. What drama. Drama is so engulfed in our lives in America. The "they" of America want us engulfed because with drama we are careless consumers of stuff to create more suffering and oh well...drama.
