It's Hot Here

It's hot here at work. At many moments during the day I wondered if was to survive. I will not have another chance to do this day over. I know there is middle ground but my mind is out of control. I have not had a sitting meditation in a few days and I have been allowing myself too much news. Today I sweated all day long. I am headed home for a bath. I have company coming by. This will help to decompress this week. Tomorrow is another day. I hope to find peace in the garden.
